This patch is an updated version of bind 9.4.2-PL2 and is based on the
original patch developed by Nicolas Moldavsky. Therefore please note
that this work was mainly done by that person.

However the patch he is currently distributing is outdated and he did
not replied to my email so I was pushed to release it this way.
